Our C.O.R.E. Programs
At C.O.R.E., we are committed to connecting individuals and families with the resources, support, and opportunities they need to thrive. Through community outreach, housing support, and essential services, we work to address food insecurity, homelessness, and barriers to stability while empowering people to rebuild and strengthen their lives.
The Need to Feed program
We actively feed the homeless and combat food insecurity, ensuring that no one in our community goes hungry. This program provides direct relief and fosters community well-being and extends into our transitional housing community members. Our transitional residents participate in our feeding events to give back.
C.O.R.E. Housing with Hope
This program assists those facing homelessness through a multi-phase approach, starting with the housing first concept and moving towards independent living and homeownership.
Home Pros Workforce Development Program
Our workforce development initiatives provide individuals with the skills and opportunities needed for stable employment and long-term economic independence.

A Pathway to Stability
Each C.O.R.E. program works together to create a complete pathway from crisis to independence.
Participants can move through a continuum of support that includes:
Housing → Life Skills → Workforce Training → Employment → Independence
By combining housing, mentorship, and real job opportunities, C.O.R.E. helps individuals rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose.
C.O.R.E. Housing with Hope: Transitional Housing & Reentry support
C.O.R.E. Housing With Hope provides safe, structured transitional housing for individuals rebuilding their lives after incarceration, homelessness, addiction recovery, or life crisis. Our program creates a stable environment where individuals can focus on personal growth. The program's four phases are designed for completion within one year: Phase 1 (90 days) focuses on the "housing first" concept, Phase 2 (90 days) addresses underlying challenges, Phase 3 (90 days) develops life skills like overcoming credit and financial barriers, and Phase 4 (90 days) transitions individuals into independent living, including homeownership and business ownership.
